II. INFORMATION IN FULFILMENT OF THAT ESTABLISHED IN THE ORGANIC LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Principle of information
In fulfilment of that established in article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, regarding Personal Data Protection (hereinafter OLDP), we expressly, precisely and unequivocally inform you that the information given to us by your person via the forms on our website or any other medium, as well as data collected in your dealings with us, will be kept in files which are the responsibility of CODESFERA LC. These will be duly notified in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, with the object of maintaining and complying with the relationship between the receiver of the service and our company, and the services derived from such a relationship.
In fulfilment of that established in said OLDP and in Law 34/2002 of July 11, regarding serviced to Services to the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter LSIS-EC), we would also like to inform you that your information may be used to send you promotional offers and other information related to our company via telephone, post, fax, email or equivalent electronic means of communication.
Similarly, we would like to inform you that your information will be handed over in the cases where it is necessary for the development, fulfilment and control of the relationship between the receiver of the service and our company, or where it is authorized by law and, in particular, where one of the following occurs: a) The treatment or passing of information is for the benefit of the party responsible for the treatment or the assignee protected by said law; b) The treatment or passing of information is necessary for the responsible party´s compliance with any given duty imposed by said law.
2. Principle of Consent
Your consent for your information to be handled in the manner described in the previous section is understood to be given by marking the appropriate boxes found on our website for this purpose.
3. Mandatory character of solicited information
Filling in each and every one of the form fields on our website is mandatory (where this is not the case, fields which are mandatory will be marked with an asterisk). Wilfully withholding information could affect the maintenance and fulfilment of the relationship between the receiver of the service and our company, given that said data is required for the provision of services derived from such relationship.
4. Principle of information quality
The receiver of the service is the only party responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data supplied. CODESFERA LC merely acts in good faith as the service provider.
In the case where the receiver of the service provides false information or information belonging to third parties without having their consent, he or she will answer directly to CODESFERA LC, the affected parties, the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, as the case dictates, autonomous data protection authorities, for the responsibilities derived of those actions.
CODESFERA LC does not collect data via their website from people under the age of fourteen. In the case where a person under the age of fourteen supplies us with their information via the forms available on our website or via any other medium, this information will be immediately destroyed as soon as the situation is known.
In order to be in compliance with that established in article 4.3 of the OLDP, the receiver of the service agrees to notify CODESFERA LC of any changes in their information, that they may adequately respond to their situation at all times.
5. Tools for monitoring browsing
Our website can use tools to monitor browsing by using the website and IP address of the service receiver, with the purpose of improving the services offered and technical functions, as well as guaranteeing their operation.
6. Principle of information safety
CODESFERA LC is committed to complying with its duty of secrecy regarding personal information and duty to keep them. They will adopt all the technical and organizational means necessary to guarantee the safety of data of a personal nature and avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorized treatment or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored information and the risks to which they are exposed, which could come from human action or the physical or natural environment, developed in Title VIII of the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulation of development of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, regarding Personal Data Protection.
7. Exercising of rights
In fulfilment of that established in the OLDP and Royal Decree 1720/2007 from December 21, by which the development Regulation of said decree is approved, the receiver of the service can at any time exercise his rights to access, rectify, cancellation and opposition before the party responsible for the file or treatment, attaching a photocopy of his personal identification card.
